Admissions Process

Admission to all classes is subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria set by the school management. Application forms must be submitted in the prescribed format with all required documents attached.
For certain classes, interaction sessions or entrance assessments may be conducted to evaluate readiness. Admission is confirmed only after payment of prescribed fees and completion of all documentation.

Transfer Certificate & Withdrawal Policy

Guidelines for Parents

Parents must submit a written Transfer Certificate (TC) application signed by both guardians. TC applications should be made at least 6 weeks in advance. Requests made after reopening of a term will be accepted only if full fees for the academic year are cleared (exceptions apply for government or military transfers).

  • Year-End Withdrawals

    TC requests before 15th February; else next year fees apply.

  • Dues Clearance

    Transfer Certificates are issued only after all dues are cleared.

  • Special Withdrawal Conditions

    Indiscipline, rule violations, or repeated poor performance.

  • Other Cases

    Lack of parental cooperation or 2nd consecutive detention.

Requests must be signed by the parent/guardian and addressed to the Principal. Oral requests will not be accepted. Parents should apply well in advance for admissions or official use.

Payment Guidelines

  • Fees must be paid on or before due dates.
  • Delays attract late fees as per schedule.
  • Non-payment may lead to removal of student’s name from rolls.
  • Payments must be made only through school-approved modes (avoid sending cash with students).

Important Notes

  • Parents are responsible for timely payment (non-receipt of reminder is not an excuse).
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under rare approved cases.
  • Report cards and TC may be withheld until dues are cleared.
